2. Delivery Policy

Subject to product availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 6 business days.

Customers may request to return qualifying goods within 7 calendar days after receiving them.

To qualify for a return, the goods must be:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers must notify Smoke Valley as soon as reasonably possible if a product is received damaged, defective or different from the product ordered.

Smoke Valley may request photographs, videos or other reasonable information to assess the product.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged during delivery or incorrectly supplied, Smoke Valley may offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Customer details will be stored by Smoke Valley separately from the card details entered by the customer on DPO PayGate’s secure payment platform.

Smoke Valley does not have access to or store customers’ complete payment-card details.

9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country presented to the cardholder at the time of payment is South Africa.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rand, indicated by the currency code ZAR.

10. Responsibility

Smoke Valley takes responsibility for all aspects of transactions completed through this website, including:
